Who we are

TravelTogether is a group travel planning app currently in development. This website (jointraveltogether.com) is our pre-launch landing page. When we say "we", "us", or "our", we mean the TravelTogether team.

What data we collect

Right now, the only personal data we collect is:

• Email address — when you join our waitlist via the signup form.

We do not collect your name, location, payment information, or any other personal data at this stage.

How we use your data

Your email address is used solely to:

• Send you a confirmation that you've joined the waitlist.
• Notify you when TravelTogether is ready to use.
• Occasionally share development updates (rare — we won't spam you).

We will never sell, rent, or share your email address with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where your data is stored

Your email address is stored securely by Kit (formerly ConvertKit), our email service provider. Kit is based in the United States and complies with standard data protection practices. You can read Kit's privacy policy for details.

Analytics

We use PostHog for privacy-friendly analytics to understand how people use this website (e.g., which pages are visited, how far people scroll). Our analytics setup does not use cookies, does not store data in your browser, does not track you across websites, and does not collect personally identifiable information. No cookie consent banner is required.

This website does not set any cookies.

Your rights

You can at any time:

• Unsubscribe — click the unsubscribe link in any email we send.
• Request deletion — email us at jointraveltogether@gmail.com and we'll delete your data within 48 hours.
• Ask what we have — email us and we'll tell you exactly what data we hold about you (it's just your email).

Changes to this policy

We'll update this page if anything changes. When the app launches, this policy will be expanded to cover app-specific data. The "last updated" date at the top will always reflect the latest version.
